This sexual harassment training manual for high school students and personnel aims at creating "sexual harassment-free zones" in schools. Individual sections focus on teaching students, parents, classroom teachers and school administrators how to respond to incidents or complaints of sexual harassment in ways that will help end the harassment.  A "basics" curriculum provides general facts, definitions and background information about sexual harassment. The section for students provides lessons plans, discussions and role-play exercises for exploring themes related to sexual harassment. The section for teachers presents information on how staff can handle student-to-student sexual harassment in hallways and classrooms. The fourth section defines administrators' roles and responsibilities in creating harassment-free zones within schools and offers suggestions for resolving sexual harassment complaints through formal and informal interventions. The fifth section provides information for parents' whose children are either being harassed or doing the harassing in school or workplace settings. Each curriculum comes with presentation outlines and supplemental handouts (in English and Spanish). The appendix section contains a sample school sexual harassment policy, an OFF LIMITS pledge, a resource bibliography and sample evaluation form.

Recommended for junior and senior high school programs and school districts that are committed to involving all personnel and students in sexual harassment prevention.
