This manual
was written specifically for domestic violence service staff interested
in beginning or enhancing program outcome evaluation. The guide
provides practical assistance and examples in designing and carrying
out effective strategies and includes sample outcome measures for
direct service programs. While the emphasis is on direct service,
some of the issues are also relevant for community mobilization
and prevention.
